The e-Albania government portal is implemented and administered by the National Agency for Information Society (NAIS) [112]. This government interoperability platform interconnects the systems of the institutions with each other, and offer governmental services digitally. The portal is conceived as a one stop shop where the citizens can be registered only by using an Albanian ID card and is served by seeking and applying for the services needed. The platform include categories as e-Services, e-Payments, e-Property, and e-Consulate.
